I knew it would be a longshot, but nevertheless tried this method for verifying metadata in a Powerpoint2010 file (ppt extension), renamed the file to test.zip and unpacked. 

Below if 5the folder structure  got

              rels (file)
[Content_Types].xml
tableStyles.xml
